At Mood Blossom Candle Co., we take great care in hand‑crafting each product, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of handmade, small‑batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference, used items, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality. Returns are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or credit. To process your claim, we require:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging


Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Used candles or wax melts
• Items damaged through misuse or improper burning
• Products purchased from third‑party retailers
• Sale or promotional items


Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Right to Refuse Claims
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that show signs of misuse, alteration, or fraudulent activity.
