At Mood Blossom Candle Co., every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Below is a simple overview of how shipping works for our handmade products.
Processing Time
All items are made and packed by hand. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on their schedule and any delays they may experience.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help, reach out — we’ll support you however we can.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
