  • Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or scent throw are completely natural. These little differences are part of what makes each candle unique and special.
  • Photos on our website are meant to give you a good sense of each product, but please keep in mind that real items may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
  • We reserve the right to update product details, descriptions, and pricing at any time.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll send you a confirmation once your order has been accepted and is being prepared.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, all processed securely through Shopify's payment platform.
  • We do not store your payment information — that's handled entirely by Shopify's secure payment processors. Your financial details never touch our hands.
  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If that happens, we'll let you know right away.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow along.
  • While we wish we could control the weather and the mail, we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our candles are handmade and personal-care adjacent, we have limited return options.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items that have been burned or used.

6. Candle Safety

We want you to enjoy every moment with your Mood Blossom candle — safely. Here are a few important reminders:

  • Always burn your candle within sight and on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
  • Trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each lighting for a clean, even burn.
  • Always follow the safety label included on each candle.

We include safety instructions with every order, and we kindly ask that you follow them. Mood Blossom Candle Co. is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper use of our products.

7. Limitations of Liability

We pour our hearts into every candle and every customer experience — but we're a small, handmade business, and there are some practical limits we need to be upfront about:

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
  • We provide our website and products "as is" without warranties beyond what is required by law.
